Customized Mobile Massage
60 minutes – $135 | 90 minutes – $190
This personalized massage will be adjusted for your specific needs and pressure preferences. Aching back and shoulders? We can spend an entire hour working out knots and stretching tight muscles in this area. Just looking to relieve stress and deeply relax? I’ll focus on slow, gliding strokes and gentle kneading.
This price includes travel within the service area and a full 60 or 90 minutes of hands-on time. If multiple members of a household would like to receive a massage consecutively, each massage after the first one will receive a $20 discount.

Sunrise Health offers mobile massage within the areas shown on the map below. If you live outside this area and would like to receive a massage, contact me, and we may be able to work something out for an additional travel fee.
How It Works
Schedule your session
For new clients, appointments must be made over the phone. Call 256-469-8098.
Returning clients can schedule their sessions via email, text, or a phone call.
Complete intake forms
After booking your session, you will receive an email to fill out intake forms and confirm your appointment. A credit card on file is required for appointment confirmation, but you will not be charged anything until after the appointment.
Receive your massage
I will arrive at the massage location at the scheduled time. After you let me in, I will set up the table and review your preferences and goals for the massage. Once everything is setup, I will leave the room so that you can undress and get on the table. Setup and intake are not counted in the 60/90 minute session time, and the clock will not start until I start massaging.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much space is needed for the massage table?
Mobile massage requires and open area of at least 9×7 feet.
Do you need anything at my house for the massage?
I will provide all the needed supplies, including linens and massage oil. The only thing I will need is access to a bathroom to wash my hands before the session.
What is your policy for cancellations?
Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the session cost. If I arrive at the massage location without notification of cancellation, and you are not present, the full session fee will be charged.
Exceptions are made for illness, family emergency, etc. at my discretion.
Do you offer couple's massages?
Currently, I am unable to conduct simultaneous couple’s massages, but you are welcome to schedule two consecutive massages. For multiple massages conducted at the same residence, there will be a $20 discount for the second one.
